Tom York, P.E., President, Applied Control Technology

A partner in the company with more than 31 years of industrial automation experience and 18 years with the company, Mr. York holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering and is a Registered Professional Engineer in 14 states.


Chris Lewis, Presiden, Delta P Inc.

A partner in the company with over 30 years of industrial automation experience, Mr. Lewis holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management. Mr. Lewis is responsible for Delta P, Inc. as well as major accounts in the chemical, oil and gas industries.


Ritchie Thompson, President, ACT Industrial Process Services (ACT/IPS)

A partner in the company with over 34 years experience in industrial facilities in civil, structural and mechanical trades. Mr. Thompson is responsible for ACT Industrial Process Services engineering, construction and fabrication.


Grant Palmer, Vice President Construction, Delta P Inc.

A partner with Delta P, Mr. Palmer brings more than 34 year of instrument/electrical experience to our company having served in various leadership roles, Mr. Palmer is responsible for the construction operations within Delta P.


Don McMillon, Vice President Electrical Construction, ACT Industrial Process Services (ACT/IPS)

A partner with the company with more than 17 years of industry experience, Mr. McMillon is a Master Electrician in various states. Mr. McMillon is responsible for all electrical construction activities within IPS.

A partner in the company with over 10 years of industrial automation experience, Mr. Leeper holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Arkansas.


Robert Rogers, Vice President, Construction, Applied Control Technology

With more than 20 years experience in industrial electrical and controls construction, design, panel fabrication, and project management in a variety of industries, including nuclear utility , Mr. Rogers took on the role of Construction Vice President in 2009.
