STATEMENT OF POLICY AND AUTHORITY
The Quality Assurance Manual describes and established the Quality
Assurance System to be use by ACT and affiliated companies in
performing shop and field work to contract and client specifications.
The Quality Assurance Manager (QAM) has the overall responsibility for
the Quality Assurance System at all shop or field sites. He has the
complete authority for its administration. The Quality Assurance
Manager has the responsibility, the organizational freedom, and the
authority to identify all quality assurance problems and to provide
solutions. The Project Manager is to support the QAM of ACZT and
affiliated companies and all staff is to abide by this system.
The manual revisions and changes carry the approval of the ACT and
affiliated companies Management. In case of conflict between the
Quality Assurance Manager and the Management the final resolution will
be made by the President, using good engineering practices, but shall
not negate Code requirements or the manual.
