Organization

Applied Control Technology, ACT Industrial Process Services and Delta P organizes its projects under the leadership of one project manager.  The project manager is the single point of contact on all project issues.  It is the responsibility of each project manager to ensure each project is completed safely, with the highest level of quality and integrity, on schedule with complete customer satisfaction.

Additionally, each customer is assigned a company executive as the liaison between our company and the customer.  This executive sponsor provides the vision for the project and provides each customer direct access to the highest level of management within our company.  This access allows for immediate reaction to your needs as each project matures.
